WPC Celuka Foam Board

Product Introduction:

WPC foam sheet/board is becoming the substitution of wood in many fields such as AD and Decoration. It made through foaming and pressing into shape with additives. The main material is PVC and modified wood fiber. So it covers not only features of plastic-wood but also very light and can be printed, engraved easily.

WPC celuka foam board is produced using the CELUKA process. The surface is coated with a hard layer through strong cooling of the mold, which is smooth and strong, with high hardness and good mechanical properties. The product has high precision and small thickness error, and strict requirements for the mold, formula, process, and raw materials. Production adds bamboo and wood fibers to increase product screw holding and wood fiber texture feels.The production process is as follows: PVC resin+additives → high-speed mixing → low-speed cold mixing → conical twin-screw extrusion → mouth mold shaping (foaming) → cooling and shaping → multi rubber roller traction → cutting products → collection and inspection.

The common densities are 0.4, 0.45, and 0.5, and there are no obvious scratches on the surface of the nail scraping board. The thinnest skinned board can only produce a thickness of 3mm, and the difference between a 3mm to 5mm thick board and a free foam board is not significant. Thin skinned boards are mostly used for advertising printing and display boards, while 8mm to 18mm thick skinned boards are mostly used for carving, wall decoration, billboard advertising, home bathroom, building templates, etc. The thicker the skinned board with the same density, the higher the hardness of the board surface.
