Product Introduction:
PVC  foam sheet/board is becoming the substitution of wood in many fields such as AD and Decoration. It made through foaming and pressing into shape with additives. The main material is PVC. So it covers not only features of plastic-wood but also very light and can be printed, engraved easily.


The PVC free foam board adopts the free foam process (FREE FOAM), with a smooth surface, no crust, and light weight, which is conducive to printing, spraying, and veneer. It can be produced using ordinary foam molds, and the process is relatively easy to control. The production process is as follows: PVC resin+additives → high-speed mixing → low-speed cold mixing → conical twin-screw extrusion → mouth mold shaping (free foaming) → cooling and shaping → multi rubber roller traction → cutting products → collection and inspection.

Common densities of 0.28, 0.3, 0.32, PVC free foam board with average surface hardness, widely used in advertising display boards, mounting boards, screen printing, carving, etc
