Product Introduction:

WPC  foam sheet/board is becoming the substitution of wood in many fields such as AD and Decoration. It made through foaming and pressing into shape with additives. The main material is PVC and modified wood fiber. So it covers not only features of plastic-wood but also very light and can be printed, engraved easily.

The production of WPC co extruded foam board involves two extrude line using a distributor to co extrude the core layer of the (main) board and the upper and lower layers of the (auxiliary) board into a shaping mold to produce . Production adds bamboo and wood fibers to increase product screw holding and wood fiber texture feels.The production process is as follows: PVC resin+additives → high-speed mixing → low-speed cold mixing → conical twin-screw extrusion → mouth mold shaping (co extrusion foaming) → cooling and shaping → multi rubber roller traction → cutting products → collection and inspection.

The biggest feature of co extruded board is that board surface is non foaming PVC resin, which is hard and smoother than the surface of the celuka board. Co extruded board is recommended for those with high requirements for the board surface. There will be no obvious scratches on the surface of nail scraping boards with a thickness of 8mm or more. The thinnest PVC co extruded board can only produce a thickness of 3mm. Co extruded boards are mostly used in carving, advertising, bathroom, building wall panels, and other fields.
